Michael began his legal career as Corporate Counsel for a national construction
company. Michael was responsible for all contracts, dispute resolution, and
managed all litigation. Michael assisted in the company's restructuring by
renegotiating the corporate debt and negotiating terms with the company's surety.
Building upon this experience, Michael began helping other clients with
construction industry related problems with an emphasis on financial restructuring.
In addition to legal and financial issues within the construction industry, Michael
has experience with General Litigation, Appeals, Oil and Gas Law, Real Estate
Sales and Development, and Small Business Organization, Finance, and Sales.
